How it WorksThis assessment will provide advice on the necessary registrations, certifications, marketing tools, contract vehicles, messages or other actions that will best prepare you to be competitive in the federal contracting marketplace. In addition, our professional team will critique your strengths and weaknesses and make recommendations for improving your competitive posture and readiness to win!   The “readiness” which results is especially important in this program, as timely reaction to opportunities is critical to our team’s success. We will also ask you to complete our own, private questionnaire and company profile, which will help us match your core strengths with the needs of our customers.

Access to our consulting team

We will provide guidance, counsel and strategic advice, including input on bid/no-bid decisions, interpretation of solicitations and technical specifications, pricing and message.  Our team has decades of experience in contracting, marketing, DFAR regulations, project management and government relations. In addition to our group training, education and networking opportunities, this program provides your company with one hour of one-on-one, unscheduled telephone consultation each month, and more when urgent matters demand it.  In addition, we can add additional, “peak” consulting on a simple, hourly billing basis.

Free admission to our core training, networking and education programs

Our core education and training curriculum will give your company the necessary know-how to price your services competitively and understand the defense procurement process.  In addition, your company will receive discounted rates to our optional, topical workshops. Finally, we will make you aware of programs and gatherings that we endorse, hosted by other organizations and government entities. Our firm often organizes events or sessions surrounding programs and conferences offered by other organizations, and we encourage our clients to participate. This is an opportunity to mix with decision-makers from prime government contractors and government. A table top display, presentations and one-on-one appointments for selected members, as well as educational opportunities will be offered at this exclusive event.

Data, Research and Resources

When we send you a soliciation or opportunity from one of our prime contractor customers, we add technical data and past pricing history, when available.  In addition, we are developing a “portal” through which our customers can gain access to an enormous pool of past contracting data, opportunities, resources and technical packages related to specific solicitations.
