The DoD Supply Chain Network from Nexpointe exists to serve our Clients and Customers with simplicity, integrity and transparency while providing exceptional value. We specialize in Department of Defense-related work, as well as work with opportunities in virtually every segment of the government.

CLIENTS

Clients are businesses and organizations that contract with us to market and sell their products and services to the Federal Government and large companies (Prime Contractors) that support Federal projects and initiatives. There are two types of clients:

  • Those that already do some Federal work and want to expand that business or lower their costs associated with finding opportunities
  • Those that do not currently do Federal work and are concerned about the risks associated with finding and enrolling in the certifications, procedures and systems that are required. These clients are also faced with a considerable learning curve in learning how to work within Federal parameters, and in how to quickly find and evaluate opportunities they may uncover.

Client Value

Clients find value in working with us because we reduce the cost and complexity of working on Federal solicitations. We drastically reduce the learning curve associated with understanding the substantial differences and intricacies for sales efforts in the public sector. Finally, Nexpointe offers a unique platform of services that include lead generation, onsite representation and consultative services (business process overview, mentoring, coaching) that reduce the ‘brain drain’ risk they face with the loss of key personnel.

CUSTOMERS

Customers are Federal or Federal-related departments and businesses that require a qualified pool of suppliers that will quote opportunities that match with their capabilities, and to also have a pool of businesses that meet the criteria and procurement objectives that government regulations require. Nexpointe works with Customers on a fee-free basis.

Customer Value

Customers find value in working with us because we pre-screen potential suppliers, enroll them in all applicable systems, help them quickly uncover and evaluate open solicitations and opportunities and provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and support for competitive bidding responses.
